This policy explains how TringRX, provided by QuantumRush Pvt. Ltd., collects, uses and protects the data you and your clinic entrust to us. Protecting patient information is central to how we build the product. This page currently holds placeholder text and will be replaced with the final policy.

Data we collect

We collect the account details you provide (name, clinic, contact information) and the practice data you enter — patients, appointments, records and billing — so the service can function. We also collect basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the platform.

How we use your data

Your data is used solely to provide and improve the service for your clinic. We never sell or share patient information, full stop.

Data security

Records are encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is clinic-scoped, protected by two-factor authentication, device management and a full audit log. Staff at one branch cannot see another branch's patients.

Data retention & export

You can export your complete data at any time, at no charge, whether you are staying or leaving. On account closure, data is retained only as long as required to meet legal obligations, then deleted.

You may access, correct or request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable law including India's data-protection regulations. Contact us to exercise these rights.
