60-day money-back guarantee

Every first purchase carries a 60-day full money-back guarantee — including the founding-member offer. If TringRX isn't right for your clinic within the first 60 days, you get every rupee back, no questions and no forms.

Refunds after 60 days

After 60 days, prepaid plans are refunded pro-rata: the amount you paid, less the standard monthly list price for each month already served, less any consumed message top-ups.

How to request a refund

Write to [email protected] from your account email with your clinic name. We'll confirm the amount and process it promptly.

Timeline

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 7–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
