These terms govern your access to and use of TringRX, the practice-management software provided by QuantumRush Pvt. Ltd. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. This page currently holds placeholder text and will be replaced with the final agreement.

Acceptance of terms

By signing up for or using TringRX you agree to be bound by these terms and any policies referenced within them. If you are using TringRX on behalf of a clinic or organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

2.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Access is scoped to your clinic; you agree not to attempt to access data belonging to other organisations.

3.

Subscription & payments

TringRX is billed as a flat fee per clinic, GST-inclusive, with add-ons for extra doctors, staff and locations as published on our pricing page. Fees are charged in advance for the billing period you select.

4.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. There is no lock-in period on the monthly plan and no exit fee on any plan. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

5.

Acceptable use

You agree to use TringRX only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable regulations, including those governing patient data in India.

6.

Limitation of liability

TringRX is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, QuantumRush Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Final liability terms will be set out in the published agreement.
